Introducing Verified Member Pricing: Fair Plans for Crypto Communities
Beginning November 12, Collab.Land plans are being updated to a Verified Members model that aligns pricing with actual community usage.
We’re moving from TGR-based pricing to a Verified Members model so your plan is aligned with how your community actually uses Collab.Land. This shift is designed to be clear, predictable, and fair for everyone: big, small, new, OG, NFT, DAO, degen, builder. If you’re using Collab.Land to serve real, verified community members, your plan should reflect exactly that.
And now it does.
Why We’re Changing: Usage-Based, Not Guess-Based
Over the past several months, we reviewed usage across thousands of communities. TGRs (token gated roles) turned out to be a noisy proxy for real activity. Communities experiment, run tests, add legacy roles, and TGRs stack up in ways that don’t always match the people actually being verified and protected.
Verified Members solve that.
By anchoring plans to Verified Members, we align pricing with real workload and real value: the humans who pass verification and hold active token gated roles. This model rewards efficient setups, gives growing communities a straightforward path to scale, and keeps high-usage communities on plans that can reliably support them. It’s a simpler way to measure usage, and it allows us to keep Collab.Land sustainable for the entire network.
Who Is a “Verified Member”?
A Verified Member is a unique person in your community who passes Collab.Land verification and holds at least one token gated role created through Collab.Land. These are the members whose ownership is routinely checked to confirm they still qualify to keep their roles or access to private holder chats and groups in Telegram and Discord.
In other words: Verified Members are the people Collab.Land is actively working for. That’s what you’re paying for. Not inflated counts. Not abandoned roles.
Grace Period for Current Communities
Effective now (November 12), all new communities start on the Verified Members model.
Existing communities have a grace period until December 1, 2025 to review their usage and move into the plan that fits best, or remain where they are if their current plan already matches their Verified Member count. Until that date, your plan continues to operate as before.
Most subscribed communities will find they are already in the right range. The main shifts will be for Starter communities using far beyond what the free tier is meant to support, and for very large communities that have significantly outgrown their current plans. For those, this update simply aligns real usage with the appropriate level of service.
What Happens if I’m Over My Verified Member limit?
If your Verified Member count exceeds what your plan allows, Collab.Land will continue working as expected for members within your limit. Members above that limit will appear as Pending and will not complete verification until you either upgrade or come back into range. No sudden rug on existing qualified holders; just a clear boundary.
Example: You’re on Starter (up to 25 Verified Members) and have 50 Verified Members. Collab.Land will continue to support 25. New verifications will be held as pending. To support everyone properly in this case, you’d move to Basic (up to 100 Verified Members).
This approach protects performance, keeps things fair, and gives you a transparent signal when it’s time to level up.
What Does “Pending Members” Mean?
In your TGR & Plan Usage section, Pending Members shows how many people attempted to verify after you exceeded your plan’s Verified Member capacity. It’s your live indicator of demand waiting at the door. Once this number grows beyond 100, it will show as 100+.
If you’re seeing pending members, your community is growing. It’s a nudge to choose the plan that matches that reality so people who want to join can get in.
The New Collab.Land Plan Lineup
Below is how plans map to Verified Members and key features. Where details matter (security, infra, automation), we keep them clear.
STARTER – Free
For early communities ready to verify real holders with proper infra.
Starter includes up to 25 Verified Members (people who pass verification and hold a token gated role; not overall server count). All plans, including Starter, now receive 24-hour balance checks: we routinely reverify ownership and remove roles from members who no longer qualify, ensuring private spaces stay accurate and secure. You can create roles from assets on 50+ blockchains, mix chains as needed (e.g., Solana + BTC), support 35+ wallets including Delegate, OpenSea, and WalletConnect*, and allow members to verify with multiple wallets. Starter also includes our ETH Event Listener (NEW) for real-time Ethereum Mainnet balance checks and standard, privacy-first verification support.
BASIC – $17.99
For growing communities that need a bit more room and reliability.
Basic supports up to 100 Verified Members and adds Priority Lite Support, while keeping all the flexibility and protections of STARTER. If your community is active and consistently verifying members, this is often the first “serious” home.
PREMIUM – $35
For communities running more advanced setups.
Premium supports up to 1000 Verified Members and unlocks PRO miniapps like Role Composition (AND/OR conditions) and POAP distribution directly in your community, plus Staking Contract Support** and Priority Support. All features from STARTER and BASIC are included, giving you richer logic, smoother campaigns, and more control.
EXCLUSIVE – $149
For advanced, high-signal communities that need control and responsiveness.
Exclusive supports up to 2500 Verified Members and includes 5 admin-initiated balance checks per month, a dedicated support human, customization of your Discord verification channel’s “Let’s go!” message, an opt-out option for community messages, a Solana Event Listener (NEW) for real-time Solana checks, and SmartTag (NEW) for peer-to-peer onchain transactions for your whole community in one place. All features from STARTER, BASIC, and PREMIUM are included.
ELITE – $449
For ecosystems that are actively scaling and engaging at volume.
Elite supports up to 7500 Verified Members and adds a customized AI Quiz Agent (NEW) that generates quizzes from your content in Discord, awards points to token gated roles, channels, and perks, and can be used to drive loyalty, pre-TGE programs, and token drops. All EXCLUSIVE features are included.
ENTERPRISE – Contact Us
For flagship ecosystems and large networks that need tailored support.
Enterprise includes unlimited Verified Members, white label options, the ability to change the bot’s username and logo, personalized features on demand, and a dedicated support Slack channel, plus everything from ELITE. If you’re operating at ecosystem scale, this is built for you.
A plus for Starter communities: daily checks for everyone
A key improvement: 24-hour balance checks are now standard across all plans, including STARTER.
That means even the smallest communities get serious, automated, onchain-accurate verification. Holders keep access when they qualify, and lose it when they don’t. Clean, fair, consistent.

This Verified Members pricing update currently applies to Discord communities. For Telegram, we’re actively working on updates so we can bring the same fairness, clarity, and sustainability to Telegram pricing. Stay tuned.

Collab.Land token gating and membership verification operates as a read-only application, and has been doing so safely for over 5 year. By signing a message to add a new wallet, you affirm ownership of that particular wallet address. Collab.Land solely accesses public blockchains to verify that a member’s wallet addresses are linked to the required tokens for role or group membership. Collab.Land maintains no access beyond reading public wallet addresses, which are transparent to all users.
